We arrived in Jodhpur in the early morning, after taking an overnight train from Delhi. On cue from our Lonely Planet guidebook, we made our way straight to the famous Omelette Shop across town. The owner has been making delicious omelettes for 30 years, and claims to go through 1000 eggs a day. Our breakfast put him 12 eggs closer to his average for the day!
